A number of the books above are perfect to give kids an understanding of what a President does and learn about the Presidents. Books like Grace For President and If I Rean For President are perfect to introduce a notion of diversity and encourage your own kids to aim to become the President one day. My girls asked me early on if only men can be Presidents. I have found it valuable to read these books to them.
